SIQ Process management index

The environment and requirements of businesses are changing at an ever-increasing pace, challenging traditional management practices. Increasing complexity and speed mean that many businesses are switching to principle-based management, networking and trust-based management. At the same time, demands for control are increasing due to legal requirements and increased globalization.

So how can organizations develop their ability to lead and manage change-driven processes? With the support of the SIQ Process Management Index, your organization can make informed decisions about the ways of working that should be developed to increase the speed of change while maintaining quality.

Learn to lead and manage change-driven processes!

Societal challenges drive a need for change-driven process management.

To address the challenge of integrating 'traditional process management', 'trust-based management', 'innovation management' and 'change management' into a functioning system, organizations need improved tools. Organizations need to support both traditional process management and the new ways of working required in a networked and agile everyday life with great trust in the individual and the team.

Based on research together with SIQ Excellence Center (businesses in the engineering industry, telecommunications, municipality and region), there is now a developed Process Management Index for decision support in the work of developing change-driven process management in businesses.

Purpose and objectives

SIQ The Process Management Index consists of a number of concrete questions to be answered in each quadrant. After a completed measurement in the organization, the goal is to develop the ability to lead and manage change-driven processes through new insights. Through the newly gained knowledge, conscious decisions can be made about which working methods should be developed to increase the speed of change while maintaining quality.

Measurement

All managers and employees in selected activities at your company participate in a survey conducted via an online link. Each employee answers the questions anonymously:

  • The first part is about describing how common different behaviors in process management are
  • The second part is about taking a stand on which behaviors, set against each other, I as an individual prefer in process management

Result

The measurement of your business is compiled in a detailed report. This shows what strengths the business has and the behaviors that need to be given the most priority to lead a change-driven process management. SIQ presents the report at a digital feedback meeting or on site with you, where we reflect together on the next step. We can also help with advice or be a sounding board in any area you need to improve.
