In a collaboration with us at SIQ , the courses have been supplemented with SIQ Management model to develop your skills and your organization for sustainable success.

Quality, sustainability and leadership in practice is the new name of the e-learning course offered by SIQ in cooperation with Uppsala University. Previously, the course was called Sustainable Success Cubed.
- The course content has also been expanded with elective elements for CSRD reporting and strengthened with an emphasis on using engagement as a success factor. "We now also welcome management groups or teams who want to take the course together or those who lead quality and sustainability work without being a manager," says Ann Eberhardsson, teacher and course coordinator.
PURPOSE OF THE TRAINING
The aim of the course is to provide up-to-date qualified content on successful management and governance, quality development and sustainable development.

The course is aimed at managers, leaders, quality managers, quality strategists, business developers, development managers, project managers or members of a management team.

The course is delivered on a rolling basis and comprises three modules. The modules are independent and are conducted as distance learning at your own pace with joint seminars.

STRUCTURE AND TIME
MODULE 1: Leadership and management with SIQ Management model
This module provides an understanding of modern quality and improvement management and how it can be applied within an organization. We discuss how to best meet the needs of the stakeholders and how to reduce the costs of quality deficiencies while strengthening sustainability.
Self-study in SIQ Management Model, with study questions and assignments in a learning portal on Culture, Structure and Systematics for Sustainable Success.

Teacher-led joint network meeting for exchange of experiences and continued networking after the end of the course.

-Sustainable development in governance, management and implementation in operations and business development
-Models for targets, measurement, sustainability impacts and sustainability reporting (GRI, ISO etc.) - Sustainable business development.
-Practical exercises to strengthen your organization
