SIQ Successful insight

SIQ Success Insight is a simple tool for reflection and discussion on quality development from a holistic perspective. Here, all employees mark the organization's position in the five success areas, which you then rank and develop together.

Pinpoint the location of your business:

  • What do we think we are good at?
  • What do we think we are bad at?
  • Where do we disagree?
  • What do we want to be characterized by and why?
  • What is important for us to improve?

SIQ Success Insight is a simple tool where you can do a self-assessment and prioritize which activities you need to take to improve.

Here's what you do:

  1. Someone in your workplace is responsible for the evaluation.
  2. Contact us to get access to SIQ Success Insight. The tool is available both in PDF form and as a digital tool.
  3. Have all employees in your working group complete the survey.
  4. During a face-to-face or online meeting with SIQ , we review the results. What are you good at and what do you need to improve? Are there any areas where everyone agrees and others where opinions differ? What could be the reason? Together we rank the activities you need to take to further develop your business.
  5. You follow up, learn and improve! At regular intervals, you can re-measure and see that you are moving in the right direction.
