SIQ Quality Culture Index

A strong quality culture means that leaders and employees have a good ability to act and make informed decisions in everyday situations. By measuring the behaviours that occur most often and the behaviours we prefer, we as an organization can take steps in the right direction and develop the quality culture. The measurement also provides leaders and employees with a common language on how values relate to our behaviors.

Developing your quality culture

  • Provides managers and employees with a common language on how values relate to our behaviors.
  • Highlighted as one of the main challenges companies and organizations have to deal with.
  • Strengthen your organization to achieve more sustainable results

Strengthen your quality culture!

The foundation for a sustainable business is based on the culture and leadership of an organization. Research shows that employees with good conditions for performing and developing their work tasks feel better and create greater value for customers and stakeholders. Strengthening the quality culture creates a better ability to act and make wise decisions in everyday situations. It is an ability that is becoming increasingly essential with the accelerating pace of change we are experiencing in our environment.

SIQ The Quality Culture Index is designed to allow you to visualize the current quality culture in your organization in order to understand what needs to be done to strengthen it.

These values constitute a culture of quality:

  1. Committed leadership
  2. Basing decisions on facts
  3. Customer orientation
  4. Everyone's participation
  5. Process orientation
  6. Continuous improvement

Quality Culture Index

All values are expressed through our behaviors in our activities. Some behaviors support while other behaviors hinder a culture of quality.

SIQ The Quality Culture Index provides managers and employees with a common language on how values relate to our behaviors. By measuring the behaviours that are most prevalent, as well as the behaviours we prefer, we as an organization can take steps in the right direction and develop quality culture.

Measurement

All managers and staff in your selected activities participate in a survey conducted via a web link.

Each employee answers the questions anonymously:

  • The first part is to describe how common different behaviors are.
  • The second part is about deciding which behaviors, when pitted against each other, I as an individual prefer.

Result

The measurement of your business is compiled in a detailed report. This shows which values and behaviors need to be given the most priority. SIQ presents the various parts of the report in a digital feedback meeting or on site with you, where we reflect together on the next step. We can also help with advice or be a sounding board in any area you need to improve.
