The role of the leader and leadership has a major impact on the ability of organizations to achieve sustainable success. In a time of rapid change and in dialog with our members, we have seen that there is a need for an exchange of knowledge and experience in order to strengthen the role of the leader. In this forum, we will reflect on different dilemmas and learn from other senior leaders in different sectors, both private and public. We select the leaders with an idea that it should be a leader of an organization with complex challenges, high quality maturity, a good leadership philosophy or because the person can bring a certain expertise.

Many thanks to everyone who contributed to an engaging first meeting, with both exploratory and challenging dialogues regarding organizations' challenges, as well as all the good examples shared during the evening.
