Quality management and HR are two areas that both focus on improving and optimizing organizational effectiveness and success. Integrating these two can create great opportunities, but also challenges.
The topic of the presentation is the somewhat unexplored relationship between the functions of quality development and HR in organizations. The seminar will revolve around questions of how each profession and function can contribute to each other and how a closer connection between the functions and professions can simultaneously contribute to both a more efficient supply of skills and more efficient quality development in organizations.
