SIQ - The Institute for Quality Development is looking for a driven and service-oriented generalist who wants to combine work with finance and administration with coordination, member contact and support for the business. The role is broad and varied - with an emphasis on financial administration - and suits you who enjoy both working in a structured way and contributing to the development of efficient processes.
About the roles
Main tasks
Financial administration (about 50%):
- day-to-day accounting, invoice management and reconciliations
- basis for reporting and accounting
- 'support in budget work and financial monitoring
Administration and coordination:
- coordinate and book meetings, trainings and events
- contact with members and external parties
- managing registers, mailings and basic communication tasks
- preparing and drafting decision-making documents
- support projects and networks with administration and follow-up
Operational support and development:
- contribute to streamlining and digitizing processes
- work proactively to identify opportunities for improvement
- be a central service function that facilitates colleagues and members
Qualifications
- relevant education in finance/accounting
- experience in financial administration, preferably combined with other administration or coordination
- very good knowledge of Excel and used to working with digital tools
- interest in and preferably knowledge of quality issues and sustainable development
- ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish
- experience in preparing and drafting decision-making documents is an advantage
