Surely you recognize that you face many different challenges in your business. It can be anything from new markets, summer staffing, digitization, sick leave figures, new products, daring to let go of the old, and staying motivated in a changing world.
And what is the answer? How do you know what the right action is, how do you avoid having your whole day filled with making quick decisions with your spine? Becoming the hero of the day here and now, and feeling that you are not enough to work in the long term?
There is clearly an answer, and it is not easy! Many of us in charge of an operation are recruited on our ability to solve problems that arise, to actively manage the situation.

Challenges that arise can be solved by dedicated, motivated employees who are responsible for the day-to-day management of the business. Leadership is about setting the course, being clear and unwavering about the focus of the activity.
