SIQ - the Swedish Institute for Quality Development - works to stimulate positive quality development in all parts of Swedish society. By creating, collecting and disseminating knowledge, we strengthen the public sector, business and civil society. We are now looking for a membership and marketing manager who can take our membership offer to the next level.
About the roles
You will be responsible for attracting new members and developing relationships with existing ones. This means working with offers, campaigns, dialogue and loyalty work - and contributing to a whole where SIQ's membership creates concrete benefits in the everyday lives of people and organizations.

Identify and contact potential new members

Plan and implement campaigns and communication

Create content that highlights the value of being a member

Nurture existing member relationships through follow-up, dialog and added value

Collaborate with other parts of the organization to integrate the member perspective

Suggest and drive improvements based on insights and follow-up
About you

Responsive, relationship-building and curious about people's needs

Have experience in sales, promotions or membership work

Can formulate messages and create content in different formats

Both creative and structured - you get ideas but also make them happen

Has a love for systematic quality work and a desire to contribute to societal development
Location: Stockholm
The position is a permanent position with probationary period.

SIQ is located in beautiful premises in central Stockholm, five minutes from T-centralen. It is a workplace where we work both in teams and together across borders, but where you also drive your own issues and responsibilities.
