SIQ offers in-depth collaboration for organizations at the forefront of quality and leadership development. The collaboration takes place mainly within the grouping and in strategic partnership Swedish Quality Management Academy (SQMA), the collective excellence in the field of quality research in Sweden. Annually, SIQ brings together the Excellence Center members and researchers from SQMA to plan and prioritize among upcoming research initiatives.

Ongoing projects

• The project "Organizational Culture Index" is currently underway. SIQ is developing customized measurements of organizational culture based on the values specific to your business. In collaboration with the project, we are developing a customized measurement tool with a battery of questions that can be reused in your organization to strengthen the culture.
• The 'Process Management Index' project is currently underway. The business environment and requirements are changing at an ever-increasing pace, which challenges traditional management work. Increasing complexity and speed mean that many businesses are switching to principle-based management, networking and freedom with responsibility. At the same time, demands for control are increasing due to legal requirements and increased globalization. So how can organizations develop their ability to lead and manage change-driven processes?
