SIQ Real estate network

A network for in-depth exchange and learning between real estate and housing companies on working methods in priority areas. Success factors and improvement work based on existing customer data. The aim is to contribute to the development of operations over time for the benefit of customers and other stakeholders.

Today, the group includes 11 member companies, two of which have received the Swedish Quality Award (USK) within the last 5 years (Link to https://www.siq.se/vara-tjanster/utmarkelsen-svensk-kvalitet/)

SIQ real estate network is aimed at those who drive the strategic quality development in the organization. SIQ offers through the network a structured collaboration between real estate and housing companies with an interest in jointly pursuing issues related to quality development and learning from each other.

By working together, there is an exchange of experience and shared learning. Members can actively contribute to shaping how cooperation takes place based on the most current quality and leadership issues.

We offer member organizations to:

  • Raising quality competence with a focus on common challenges
  • Making quality development visible, highlighting good examples and creating role models.
  • Inspire, disseminate research and new methods
  • Providing exchanges of skills and experience
  • Learning from and with each other in the network

The real estate network is part of SIQ's national member network - where seminars, network meetings and training sessions are held annually in close collaboration with the members - which also enables a cross-industry exchange of experience. Membership is for all employees, who can participate in seminars, network meetings and, based on membership level, obtain training places and advice.

We meet online 5-6 times a year.

SIQ's role is primarily to plan, coordinate, facilitate and follow up on meetings and exchanges of experience and to contribute new research findings.
