SIQ Success culture networks

Success culture is a culture that leads to good quality for those we serve, our customers, residents, or patients. Culture is also one of the cornerstones of the SIQ Management model that drives improved results. Culture is about the ability to bring the people in our organization together in a common approach and behaviors that lead to the right results. A culture of success promotes both employeeship and leadership. Satisfied employees lead to good results and to satisfied customers!

In this cross-industry network, we will talk about our five success factors and more specifically about leadership, employeeship, customer satisfaction, value-creating processes, increased commitment and how we reach the full potential of the entire organization for increased competitiveness and strengthened welfare.

It is aimed at both management, HR and the Quality function.

We meet online 5-6 times a year.

It is included free of charge within the framework of membership.
