The network provides a forum for exchanging experiences, inspiration and shared learning on how quality can become a natural part of school culture, for the benefit of students, staff and management.

The network is led by Patricia Larsson, Head of School at Dibber Sweden, with long experience as a teacher and principal. The work is based on SIQ's view of quality development where structure, culture and working methods work together to create sustainable results.

In the network we discuss, among other things:

• How to develop and simplify systematic quality management in schools
• How values and culture affect quality and learning
• How schools can take the next step towards sustainable development and inclusion
