SIQ Municipal networks are aimed at those who drive the strategic quality development within the municipal management. SIQ offers through the municipal network a structured collaboration between municipalities interested in jointly pursuing issues related to quality development.
We offer members the opportunity to
- Raising quality competence with a focus on common challenges
- Making quality development visible, highlighting good examples and creating role models.
- Inspire, disseminate research and new methods
- Providing exchanges of skills and experience
- Learning from and with each other in the network
The need to strengthen quality is growing, not least in times of economic challenge. Doing the right things and doing them in the right way are fundamental objectives of quality development, which in turn creates the conditions for more sustainable operations. In particular, this means systematic testing to develop effective working methods, which can take time and resources.
But not everyone has to invent everything themselves. Through the municipal network, lessons learned and experiences are shared between municipalities. The aim is not least to make the organizations more agile and more effective in developing and thus better meet the needs of those the municipalities exist for.
Focus and approach
Being part of SIQ's municipal network gives the municipality the opportunity to work on quality development in collaboration with other municipalities that also want to develop. Together we help municipalities to successfully address current and future challenges.
