By working together, experience is exchanged and learning is shared. Members determine how the cooperation takes place and what the most relevant quality and leadership issues are.
The current focus is on how effective quality and management work can be led, driven, demanded and developed from a regional management perspective. We are jointly developing a battery of questions for SIQ Success Factors, and conducting pilots where Success Insight for Regions is integrated into the regions' development strategies and constitutes a value-creating dialog material for all employees.
Because the regional network is part of SIQ's national member network - where seminars, network meetings and training events are held annually in close collaboration with the members - it also enables a cross-sectoral exchange of experience.
All staff in the regions can attend seminars, networking events and training sessions as part of their membership.

SIQ's role is primarily to plan, coordinate, facilitate and follow up on meetings and exchanges of experience and to contribute new research findings.
