With fruitful meetings and a lot of positive energy, the 2025 Annual Meeting was held.

The day was opened by Anna Nilsson Ehle, Chair of the SIQ Foundation, who then thanked the outgoing Chair, Lena Båvegård, for her significant contributions. Jörgen Brokås from Bostads AB Mimer was elected as the new chairman of the stakeholder association. We extend a warm welcome to him!

We met Henrik Eriksson from University West, also a guest researcher at Chalmers University of Technology who lectured on what characterizes successful organizations. He offered several tips on how organizations can lead their improvement work. In order to improve, we need to focus on our own performance and that it is sustainable, which Johan Olsson, former elite skier and now project manager at the Swedish Quality Index (SKI), lectured on. He has extensive experience from elite sports and talks about how to work with sustainable performance.

During the day, we also heard wisdom from Christina Forsberg, Ann Eberhardsson and Cecilia Uneram, who highlighted trusting leadership, quality work with culture, structure and systematics, and sustainable working life. Everyone agrees that the commitment of employees in the business is crucial to being able to improve.

We took part in the latest research, with Anders Fundin, Research Manager SIQ, and a presentation of SIQ Process Management Index and SIQ Insight for you as a member to get the opportunity for insights and improved working methods.

Membership news was presented and all networks gathered to learn from each other and close the day. SIQ networks (real estate and energy, municipality, region, culture of success, passenger transport and industry) provided concrete input for the fall network meetings, seminars and interesting points of view.
