On October 1, we launched an updated version of our digital training.

SIQ The Management Model is a management model that drives improved results. You will learn about the Model and how it can support your organization to create a holistic approach and enable improvements. SIQ The Management Model is a model of excellence developed from both research and practical application. The model and the training are based on three cornerstones - Culture, Structure and Systematics.

The training focuses on the crucial role of leadership and the importance of the involvement of all employees.
