SIQ Contrast

SIQ Contrast is the measurement that gives the organization a picture of its overall ability and conditions to lead towards sustainable success. Through insights and feedback from the measurement, the consensus on the current state of the business increases, which strengthens agility and the ability to change in the future.

Questions to be answered:

  • What are the main strengths and in which areas are the greatest needs for development?
  • To what extent do people working in the organization have a common understanding of how the organization works?

More and more customers and stakeholders are demanding sustainable solutions to their needs. Satisfied and committed employees mean more satisfied customers and a more stable economy. This, in turn, creates the conditions for seriously addressing the environmental and social challenges of the business.

The complex becomes a concrete mission

SIQ Contrast is based on the SIQ Management Model, a research-based framework for leading towards sustainable success. It is based on managers' and employees' overall perception of how the organization works and the results achieved. What are the main strengths and in which areas are the greatest needs for development? To what extent do we who work in the business have a common understanding of how the organization works?

  • The initial measurement shows how employees perceive the business in relation to the success factors that characterize leading organizations.
  • Strengths and areas for improvement linked to existing practices and results are identified in a simple and structured way.
  • The result is a basis for decision-making to prioritize the necessary improvements.
  • SIQ can, after the measurement and analysis, assist the organization in the concrete improvement projects that the organization wishes to initiate.

Implementation in clear steps - how to do it

Different steps for SIQ Contrast

After anchoring and deciding to start up, SIQ assists you in the preparation work, the implementation of the measurement, the analysis of the results and not least in the formation and progress of a concrete improvement project.

  1. The purpose of SIQ Contrast is anchored with the staff involved.
  2. We then draw up a measurement and follow-up plan.
  3. The initial online survey takes about 15-20 minutes to complete per respondent.
  4. The report is compiled and analyzed by SIQ and the results are presented and discussed in detail with you.
  5. Based on this, a prioritization of the main areas of improvement can be made to support the strategy and direction of the business.

SIQ can assist with the specific improvement project(s) to be run, based on your needs. The basic version of SIQ Kontrast includes the described steps and a few hours of counseling to plan and follow up on the chosen improvement project. In addition to this, the organization can also have access to advice during the course of the project.
