SIQ owns EPSI Rating Group, which measures, analyzes and advises on customer experience in the private and public sectors in Europe. The business originates from a research project at the School of Business, Economics and Law in Stockholm and has measured customer perceived quality in a number of industries since 1989. In Sweden, the business is called Svenskt Kvalitetsindex (Swedish Quality Index) and today, in addition to Sweden, the EPSI Group is also present in Finland, Denmark, Norway and the UK. On an annual basis, EPSI and SKI conduct almost 500,000 stakeholder interviews in some 20 industries.
